1. Processing & Shipping

Processing: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. As a one-man shop, times may vary slightly during heavy build or filming cycles.

Domestic (USA): Shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days once shipped.

International: Worldwide shipping available; rates and times calculated at checkout. Customs/import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
2. Tracking & Delivery

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is printed.

Liability: Once the carrier (USPS/UPS) has the package, Death Metal Cycle is not responsible for shipping delays, lost items, or stolen packages marked as "Delivered." Please contact the carrier for these issues.
3. Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Final: No returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change-of-mind.
